LL30 1DR  on Monday 20th  March 2023\, starting at 7.30 pm prompt. \nPlease note that the AGM is open to all current paid up members so please bring your Membership card\, as you will be asked to show your up to date membership card on arrival \nPlease note that all positions on the committee are open for members to take on\, and nominations are invited by contacting the chairman for a nomination form\, and returning to myself by Monday 6th March at the latest. \nAny member that wishes to raise something that they want to discuss at the AGM\, to let me know beforehand. \n
