EGM – 14th December 2023 @ 19.30

Due to the clubs constitution requiring updating to comply with Motorsport UK and insurance purposes, an EGM (emergency general meeting) has been arranged for the above date and time. The clubs entire membership has been emailed with the details and an invite to join if required. The proposed updated constitution has also been emailed to all members of the club . Please contact any committee member if you wish to join the EGM as soon as possible . The updated version of the constitution will be voted on at the EGM and if approved will be implemented immediately
