You are duly invited to the North Wales Land Rover Club Annual General Meeting to be held at
Rhos-On-Sea Golf Club, Glan Y Mor Road, Penrhyn Bay, Llandudno, LL30 3PU, on Saturday 11th April 2026 starting at 18.30 prompt. Following the AGM, a carvery will be laid on at a cost of £18.50
per person, (the club will contribute £5.00 so the cost to members will be £13.50 but the carvery
MUST be pre booked and paid before) if you would like to stay and have a catch up with other
members.

Campervans and roof tents, no ground tents, are welcome to camp overnight in the car park free of charge.
THE VENUE HAS REQUESTED NUMBER OF ATTENDANCE TO ENSURE SUFFICIENT FOOD IS
AVAILABLE, SO PLEASE RSVP (and pay as you would normally pay for Trails etc), by Friday 3rd April 2026,
ALSO PLEASE NOTE DOWN ANY DIETRY REQUIREMENTS.

Please note that the AGM is open to all current paid-up members so please bring your Membership
card. We would also this year like to invite previous members to the AGM, from 2024-2025, these
members will be able to speak out and ask any questions etc but will not be eligible to vote at any
time during the meeting.
All positions on the committee are available and open for club members to put their name forward,
nominations are invited by completing the nomination form, which will be sent to any member that requires it and returning to myself via
email Secretary.nwlrc@btinternet.com by Friday 27th March at the latest.
